I would like...
1. A pair of black and white, preferably Nike, sneakers.

2. To be Kiko Mizuhara.
2. This baseball/bomber jacket Kiko Mizuhara is wearing - and maybe some of the shoes surrounding her.
3. To be in the mountains again, snowboarding.
4. Something holographic. So shiny! *sparkles*

5. And lastly, this gorilla dress...jk lol. But on a less materialistic/goofy note I hope 2014 will be a year full happiness and improvement in my own life and globally - can I win Miss Universe for that mini speech?

Hopefully the sarcasm in this post is coming across as sarcasm and not that I am newly insane. Maybe 2014 will be the year for me to actually blog properly. However, I may have commitment issues I need to solve first. We'll see. But as I am the main reader of my own blog I can't imagine that this is of great importance.

I am on my month long Christmas break (YAY) so I have time to not blog now. More randomness to maybe probably come, stay tuned!

P.S. Why did Seth Macfarlane think it was appropriate to kill Brian off Family Guy...this affects my life immensely.

Dress: Topshop | Sunglasses + Sandals: Urban Outfitters | Backpack: Kåken

I went to Brighton this past July with my sister (Nicola). The UK is experiencing an unexpected "heat wave" as the news calls it, aka real summer. This day in particular was extra inferno-y. The beach was a tad "Derelicte" and instead of sand there were humongous pebbles making a long walk on the beach impossible w/o wearing thick soled hiking boots. But, aside from that the ice cream, good company, sun and sea were much appreciated / enjoyed!

I also filmed / edited a short video diary of our day in Brighton!

Long time no blog. So, instead of writing a hot mess of a post and trying to recall all the amazingness that happened during my internship back in my homeland (the good ole U.S. of A.) I decided to share the video diaries I made during the four months I was in New York City / the suburbs of New Jersey. I am crossing my fingers, knocking on wood, wishing on shooting stars that I'll be able to visit again in the (very) near future. I can now say from experience that I  NY!

I've been neglecting this blog while I've been in NYC / NJ. Time just seems to escape me these days; because of this I won't be posting very frequently on Sasha Meili for the duration of my time back in the U.S (I might pick up the pace later on, so continue to check this space for more travel, fashion/style + me).

But don't worry, if you want to stay semi-updated on my East Coast adventures I've started a second Tumblr on which I post all my photos:

In the meantime, enjoy this picture of me eating a red velvet cupcake from Magnolia Bakery (a 20th birthday treat) : )

I'm going to let the pictures speak for themselves in this post; or in other words, I'm too lazy to write a witty post today ; ) Enjoy the photos!

So... I'm in New York / New Jersey, which is surreal! I can't properly describe how breathtaking / crazy / amazing it was being at the top of the Empire State Building (my first NYC tourist destination). Really unbelievable. I could have stared at the city below for a full day. I barely blinked while I was up there, I wanted to maximize every second. Thank you to Niv, my Uncle's x2 good friend, for showing me around on my first day in the city! There should be a replay button for days like this.

Here's the third, and maybe last, London video diary. I planned to make a couple more but I got food poisoning and haven't left the house for three days now : ( bleh...I'm supposed to be taking the train home tomorrow night, crossing my fingers that I can stand up without wanting to collaps onto the floor. Aside from that bad news (as you can see from the video diaries) I've had a great time visiting my sister! : ) Hope you enjoy the video!
